FAQ

How can I make Telephone Counselling work for me?

Participate in telephone counselling in a private room where you are unlikely to be interrupted.  This will allow you to fully engage in conversation with your counsellor with minimal concern that you will be interrupted or overheard.

For technical requirements, any telephone should work. We suggest a headset for comfort. Check your telephone service provider contract agreement as your call may be long-distance since we are in Rankin Inlet, Nunavut.
